I am most grateful to the Minister for that reply. We welcome the reduction in the number of zones, but we are looking for more progress as time goes on. These zones prevent the return of people to their land. The number of high-security zones established over recent years has begun to be reduced, but a number still remain, particularly in the north of the country.
